Meet Jill Pakledinaz
Jill spent 30 years as an air traffic controller before retiring at 50 and stepping into a brand-new chapter of life.
She's married, a mom of 4, and the dreamer of the two of us—the storyteller, the creative thinker, and the one who's always imagining what's possible next.
She loves the beach, a good audiobook (yes, it counts), meaningful conversations, and finding the little moments that make life feel memorable..." She has a way of making people feel welcome almost immediately, and she genuinely believes some of the best friendships are still waiting to be made.
If Cheryl is asking, "How do we make this happen?"...
Jill is usually the one asking, "Wouldn't it be fun if...?"

Cheryl is a travel advisor, event planner, and the woman who makes sure the things you actually want to do somehow end up on your calendar.
As a wife and mom of two adult daughters, she spent years building a life beautifully organized around everyone else- the school events, the activities, the family first in everything. When her girls grew up, she noticed something: most of her friendships had been built around them too. The ones that stayed were the ones that had always been about the women themselves.
That realization is a big part of why MSS matters to her.
If Jill dreams it... Cheryl is already figuring out the itinerary.

How We Found Each Other
More than a decade ago, we met through a Charlotte women's group connected to the air traffic control community, where Cheryl's husband worked alongside Jill.
What started as friendship slowly became years of conversations about life, travel, books, family, and everything that comes with this stage of life.
Eventually, those conversations kept coming back to one question:
"Why isn't there a place like this already?"
Not another social media group.
Not another coaching program.
Not another place that treated midlife like something to survive.
We wanted a place where women could make new friends, discover new interests, travel together, read together, laugh together, and simply enjoy this chapter.
When we couldn't find it...
We built it.

How We Found Each Other
